We offer two on-site dog parks, and the city of Shakopee boasts a 10-acre community dog park.

Cats - 2 allowed, One time Fee $250.00, Rent $30.00, Deposit $250.00
Dogs - 2 allowed, One time Fee $250.00, Rent $40.00, Deposit $250.00
Cats and large dogs are welcome in select homes.
Limit two animals per unit.
Pet Rent is per animal.
